All of the flavors listed here have been created by Cool Moon's enthusiastic and adventuresome crew of ice cream makers. Some flavors revisit classic combinations long popular with ice cream lovers, some are inspired by suggestions from visitors to our shop, and we feel that some flavors must boldly go where no ice cream has gone before. Some flavors have become house standards and others we make when the season is right and our choice ingredients are at their best.
